Position: Driver Main Responsibilities: · Drive 4/4 vehicles to and from various locations to transport goods and people. · Carries out driving duties as instructed. · Applies strictly internal safety and security rules and national traffic rule
· Ensures cleaning cleaning/washing, routine maintenance of vehicles and proper fuelling
· Ensure at the beginning of each day that equipment on attributed cars is according to the requirement · Load and offload. Required qualifications: · Secondary education · Excellent knowledge of Maiduguri areas and north east states will be a plus · Driver’s license of at least five years with clean records. · Good spoken and written English · Capacity to drive 4/4 vehicles and use HF/VHF radios. Field Officer (RFL) Main Responsibilities · Actively contribute to the implementation of ICRC activities in the domain of Reestablishment of Family Links (RFL) between family members who have been separated because of the conflict in the North East of Nigeria.
· The candidate should be reaedy to travel in the region (mainly Borno and Yobe States) in order to implement these activities, observing ICRC security rules.
· Contributes to the assessment of the needs in this domain, identifies and registers children who have been separated from their families in order to trace their family and reunite them.
· Provides information related to protection activities and knowledge of the environment amongst other duties.
Minimum required knowledge and experience · High school or professional school · Two years work experience in a similar field · Good command in written and spoken English, Hausa and Kanuri (French would be an asset) · Good computer skills · Good knowledge environment
