ONLINE REACTIONS MTN fined N1.4tr over unregistered users

-

It is gradually becoming very noticeable that we now have a government. MTN has taken Nigeria for granted and for a ride all these years. They have not a scintilla of respect for Nigeria. I have heard proper stories to know so. Saydo Shan saydoshan@yahoo.com

MTN has disconnected many of its subscribers, I am an eye witness. Many people have really suffered for the disconnection for following long queues for reregistration. I could remember that time, people used to arrive to registration places at 5am and wouldn’t get it until 5pm. So, the masses and even the MTN workers themselves have really suffered and the NCC is still insisting on disconnection. If these huge numbers of subscribers should be disconnected, then communication in Nigeria will be negatively “touched”. Nura M. B. Garindau mbellogarindau@yahoo. com

MTN has taken advantage of Nigeria(ns) for too long. It is time for restitution. Consider the disdain for constituted authority and exploitation of subscribers. Gbolahan Sowande gbolahansowande24@ gmail.com

Could this figures be the amount imposed as fine? How much is the MTN net worth? Issei Ninascon@gmail.com

It is right that MTN has been fined for violating NCC’s directives. Let them pay the fines. The idea of giving subscriber N2000 recharge is not good. MTN for so long have been shortchanging Nigerian subscribers. Simon Jeggi jeggi247@gmail.com
