Let us come to a firm understanding of ourselves and use that to build a strong, united, humane and productive African nation that will be the pride of all. The Muslims females are under strong religious obligation to cover up their upper region, it is not an optional requirement of their faith. Let us grant them that right which the constitution has clearly given.
