AFP wins service award

For the second year running, AFP Furniture, a subsidiary of Julius Berger last week emerged the winner of the Nigerian Customer Service Excellence Awards for 2016. Specifical­ly, the company clinched the Customer Service Company of the Year in the Furniture and Interior Design category. All contenders for the award were subjected to various evaluation processes based on their level of customer services; feedback, thorough review of management and operationa­l policies that relate directly toward the delivery of exceptiona­l services.

Organizers of the award also said an additional evaluation was done by the Nigerian Mystery Shoppers Provider (NMSP).

Uche Uzoewulu, Sales Manager at AFP who spoke with Daily Trust said: "It is indeed a dream come true to be considered again this year 2016 for this same accolade. It is an accolade that motivates us to continue to deliver exceptiona­l and flawless services to our highly esteemed clients.

Other winners at the vent were ARM Pension for Best Pension Company, Dana Airline for aviation, KIA Motors for automobile­s, DHL for courier services and God is Good for the Most Promising Logistic Company.

Speaking, Aliyu illiyas, the proprietor of the award explained that the quest for better service in Nigeria gave birth to the initiative .
