Commenting on behalf of the community when newsmen paid a visit to some of the rural projects completed, the Overseer of the Akun Development Area, Male Moses, said farmers in the locality had been having problem with transportation of their farm produce, but with the construction of the bridges and culverts, they were relieved, adding that the community remained indebted to the present administration.

Moses said, “We give thanks to God for this privilege to work for my people. We thank Governor Umar Tanko Al-Makura for the way he carried all the Development Areas along across the state. I know the suffering my people were passing through to cross even from the farms to their various homes.”
