22 pro-Bi­afra mem­bers ar­rested in Enugu

The po­lice in Enugu State have ar­rested the leader of a proBi­afra group, Bi­afra Zion­ist Move­ment (BZM), On­wuka Kalu, and 21 of his mem­bers in the state.

The po­lice spokesman in the state, SP Ebere Amaraizu, who con­firmed the ar­rest of On­wuka and his mem­bers in a state­ment is­sued in Enugu, yes­ter­day, said the BZM leader and his group were nabbed within Enugu metropo­lis based A 41-year-old housewife, who al­legedly sold her hus­band’s house with­out his con­sent has been re­manded in prison.
