Company slashes new tricycles with doors by N100, 000

Dragon motor company, manufacturers of the latest brands of tricycles with doors, yesterday revealed that the company will give a N100, 000 price slash for its buyers at the ongoing Lagos International trade fair.

The tricycle, sold for N950, 000 before and after the fair, will be sold for N850, 000 till the end of the fair on Sunday, November 11, 2018, to attract more buyers.

In an exclusive interview with the company’s representative, Olumide Adesina, the price for the tricycles, which are being assembled in Ipaja, Lagos State and Owo in Ondo State, Nigeria, was reduced to encourage more unemployed youths procure it for their daily survival.

Speaking further, he said, his company is giving out special discounts for the youths between the ages of 25 and 35. He explained that the youths who could produce half of the money, will be given tricycle under an arrangement and agreement with the company provided it will be driven for transportation. He said the title will not be released to the youths under such arrangements until the balance for the tricycle has been completed.

He stressed that the company’s desire to manufacture the new tricycles in Nigeria could be made possible by a high level of commitment from the government. He added that, the new tricycle could be the solution to youth empowerment and “reducing miscreants on the streets.”
