Mahuta appointed Galadiman Katsina

A former Chief Judge of Katsina State, Justice Sadiq Abdullahi Mahuta, has been appointed new Galadiman Katsina and district head of Malumfashi.

Mahuta succeeds Late Justice Mamman Nasir who died on April 13, 2018.

The secretary of the Katsina Emirate Council and Sallaman Katsina, Bello Ifo, who confirmed the development yesterday, said Mahuta’s appointment was approved by the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman.

According to him, with this appointment, Mahuta is a senior council member and kingmaker. He said the date of his turbaning would be announced later.
