Media Trust staff eulogize outgoing managing, production editors

Staff of Media Trust Limited, publishers of Daily Trust newspapers, yesterday eulogized the outgoing managing editor, Nasiru Lawal Abubakar and the outgoing production editor, Niiyi A. Bulley, who are leaving the company after years of productive services.

Speaking during a brief ceremony held at the company’s corporate headquarters, Abuja, the staff extolled the duo’s sterling qualities and wished them well in their future endeavors.

The editor of Daily Trust, Hamza Idris, described the outgoing editors as “strong pillars” in the newsroom, saying their exits, would create a huge vacuum.

He urged the staff to continue to put in their best for the growth of the company.

In their separate responses, Lawal and Niiyi thanked the staff for the honour done to them.
