Happy Eid-el-Fitr

It has been 30 days of rewarding spiritual activities; a period of recompense, closeness to Allah (SWT), lumination by holy Quran, self-sacrifice and self-denial to renew our minds as well as attune ourselves to the worship of our Creator and a time of seeking for Allah’s forgiveness and mercy. A memorable period indeed. May Allah who I’m sure knows Nigeria is affected by unemployment, kidnapping, banditry, assassination, Boko Haram and ethnic rivalry intervene for our sake.
