Attention! Gov Bala

-

Your Excellency, I wish to use this medium to bring the untold hardship of the students and staff of the Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare (ASCOEA) in Katagum LGA of Bauchi State to your considerate and inclusive government’s notice occassioned by the deteriorating state of the road leading to the college, lack of network of intracampus roads and lack of electricity supply.

This state-owned college which was founded in 1977 is endowed with all sorts of high-quality infrastructure.

It is, therefore, unfortunate that these deteriorating state of infrastructure is negatively impacting the students. The immediate past administration promised to construct the internal roads and all preliminary work was completed but the promise remained unfulfilled.

Sir, you may wish to know that the massive high-quality buildings constructed by TETFund are now in dire jeopardy as they are being threatened by erosion following the absence of drainage.

Obviously, lack of electricity supply is a gigantic threat to the academic performance of the students as it often results in serious disruption of activities. It also leads to scarcity of water on capus thereby posing health and hygiene risks.

I, therefore, appeal to our considerate governor to address the untold hardship of the students of this college by constructing the internal roads, along with the drainage and restore electricity supply.

Mustapha Baba Azare Alkali Musa Street, Bauchi
