3,000 Nigerian refugees repatriated from Lake Chad, Cameroon - Commission

Federal Commissioner, National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons, Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, says out of 4982 refugees profiled from Cameroon and Lake Chad, 3,000 were successfully repatriated to Nigeria before this year’s Ramadan.

She said this yesterday in Abuja while receiving a delegation from the National Institute of Security Studies led by its Commandant, Ayodele Adeleke.
