Sambo, El’Rufai, Makarfi condole late Bukar Shettima’s family

Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State, a former Vice President, Namadi Sambo, and Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello, have paid condolence visit to the family of Late Bukar Shettima, a retired police chief who died at the age of 94.

Other prominent Nigerians that also visited the residence of the late Shettima are His Royal Highness, Muhammadu Sanusi II, former governors of Kaduna State, Alhaji Ahmed Makarfi and Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero, Aliko Dangote and a former Governor of Adamawa State Alhaji Jibril Bindo.

Late Shettima died and left behind 14 children and several grandchildren, among whom is Alhaji Kashim Bukar Shettima, President /CEO of Barbedos Group, and Hajiya Maryam Bayi, Director NCC Ltd.

Many dignitaries described the deceased as God-fearing and prayed to Allah to grant him jannatul firdausi.
