Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s Strategic Initiatives are Yielding Tangible Results, Says Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Gombe State, Abubakar Inuwa Kari has affirmed Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s vision to reshape the State and propel it into a new era of progress and prosperity.
Kari, who spoke in an interview with TVC news, monitored in Gombe, said Inuwa’s commitment to transformation remains the cornerstone of his leadership, adding that his strategic initiatives are yielding positive outcomes.
He noted that in the history of Gombe State, there has never been a Governor well familiar with the state and it’s challenges than Governor Inuwa Yahaya.
“Governor Inuwa Yahaya is the most intimately familiar with Gombe’s challenges in the state’s history with an unparalleled grasp of the state’s needs and challenges. He came well prepared and that is why he was able to hit the ground running from day one.
“Upon assuming office in 2019, Governor Inuwa wasted no time in addressing critical sectors such as education and healthcare, which were in dire straits. The Governor promptly declared a state of emergency in both sectors, leading to remarkable improvements. Presently, all 114 wards in the state bear the imprint of Governor Inuwa’s visionary leadership, boasting functional Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) and well-equipped and standardized schools”.
The Chief of Staff emphasized the tangible and wide-ranging impacts evident across all sectors in Gombe State, attributing the State’s numerous awards and accolades from reputable organizations to Governor Inuwa’s astute resource management and visionary leadership.
“Despite grappling with challenges such as limited federal allocation, Gombe State has emerged as a shining example of socio-economic development under Governor Inuwa’s stewardship. His vision extends far beyond infrastructure upgrades. He is determined to elevate the stature of Gombe State by conceiving the three arms zone which will comprise the executive, legislative, and judicial complexes, thereby symbolizing Gombe’s deserved recognition as the Jewel in the Savannah.
