Group Targets 700,000 Votes For Tinubu In Cross River

A group under the aegis of BAT Advocate has unveiled plans to mobilise 700,000 voters for the All Progressiv­es Congress (APC) presidenti­al candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in Cross River State.

The group’s directorge­neral, Mr Raphael Odu, disclosed this to journalist­s yesterday in Calabar, the state capital when he spoke on the strategies by the organisati­on to ensure Tinubu wins the 2023 presidenti­al election.

While highlighti­ng the sterling qualities of Tinubu, the DG stated that it was Ahmed Tinubu who laid a road map that made the Lagos State the sixth largest economy in Africa stressing that his expertise in financial management, accountabi­lity and transparen­cy will help expand Nigeria’s economy.

The DG said, “BAT Advocate has put mechanism in place to mobilise over 700,000 votes to deliver our principal, the presidenti­al candidate of the ruling APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Cross River State come February 25, 2023.

“Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a consummate politician and infrastruc­tural developmen­t magnet who has what it takes to take Nigeria to her economic Eldorado.

“As governor of Lagos State, the APC presidenti­al flag-bearer laid a roadmap for a sustainabl­e economy in Lagos state, a feat that made the state the sixth largest economy in Africa.

“As a profession­al accountant, BAT will make an excellent president in ensuring probity and accountabi­lity in wealth creation, human capital developmen­t and management, with the expansion of the Nigeria mono- economy to multiple and diverse economy as his focal point”.
