It try of Education, which featured six secondary schools and two distinct groups of students: an experimental and control group.

The findings from the Model School Project underscored the crucial role of scientific calculators in mathematics education and demonstrated that by incorporating these tools into mathematics lessons, students experience a reduction in computational errors and an increase in conceptual understanding, ultimately leading to improved procedural fluency in mathematics.

Speaking on the Lagos State Ministry of Education’s collaboration is therefore important that persons on the ASD spectrum are given the chance to succeed and empowered to experience life to its fullest.”

He further added, “We are excited about the evolving insights on the management of autism and remain committed to ensuring that more and more persons with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are able to find their voice and embrace their uniqueness whilst contributing meaningfully to society.”

One of the facilitators at the conference, who will be speaking from experience who also a voice actor and director, Remi Olutimayin, said that very often people with this condition do not have a voice. “We are explained as we suppose we should explain ourselves. It is a very scary place, and when you try to connect with other people, either you are too much or too little.

Olutimayin explained that he had to learn how to shrink himself to function. “I cannot explain the kind with CASIO, the commissioner, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo, said, “The partnership has been fruitful for us because our WAEC results went up almost three times over the period we are talking about. More students are passing mathematics, and we attribute some of that to the quality of training the teachers received because it’s not just training on the use of calculators but training on making the classroom an engaging environment.”

CASIO also received plaudits for the establishment of the CASIO Lab, a cutting-edge Mathematics and Science Training Centre, fully equipped of shrink, but once I became aware of myself, that this is how my brain works, that there is nothing wrong with me, and that I can accept or reject myself, then a lot of things changed. I could anticipate my meltdown accurately, and I make sure they do not spill and disturb other people’s peace.

“So my role in this programme is to speak on how I have been able to manoeuvre despite the challenge and to help others better understand people like myself,” he said. with cameras, projectors, calculators, tablets, and computers. CASIO Lab serves as a training center for teachers as well as a resource center for the Ministry of Education to create live video sessions on different subjects for subsequent broadcasting to teachers and students.

To date, over 2000 teachers have been trained in the CASIO Lab. The interactive sessions and workshops provided valuable insights into incorporating scientific calculators into math lessons, leading to improved student performance and a deeper conceptual understanding of mathematics.
