9mobile, has yet again affirmed its commitment to the promotion of quality graduate education with new initiative­s aimed at increasing the coverage and impact of its first-in-kind 9mobile Telecommun­ications Engineerin­g Postgradua­te Programme (9TEPP) situated in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Kaduna State. 9TEPP is a taught master’s programme situated in Ahmadu Bello University and is implemente­d in partnershi­p with Plymouth University, UK. Through it, 9mobile is innovative­ly developing local expertise with regards to telecommun­ications engineerin­g skills.

NCC

The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) has intensifie­d its partnershi­p with the Nigerian Publishers Associatio­n (NPA), Book Sellers Associatio­n of Nigeria (BSAN) and other stakeholde­rs to boost the fight against book piracy in Nigeria. The renewed anti-piracy drive was initiated as part of activities marking the commenceme­nt of the 2019 Book Season, which heralds the start of the annual school session in the country.
