PERSISTENT ABDOMINAL AND LEG PAINS

Hello doctor! I am 17 years old, I have being suffering from abdominal pain (left) ,and I have done scanning but nothing was seen and sometimes I feel a lot of pain in my left leg and my back. Please help me doctor. Khadija

Is the pain associated with your menses or not? Any discharge from your private part? If yes what is the color and is it foul smelling? If the pain is associated with your menses then it’s likely to be dysmenorrhea high it’s not uncommon at your age. But if there is vaginal discharge especially if it is yellowish or brownish with associated foul smell, then there will be need for swan test for culture.

It’s not enough to do ultrasound scan but it will be better for you to see a Gynaecologist.
