APGA Chieftain Ochije-Muodilim Urges Party Faithful To Disregard Decamping Of Some Members

The Co-ordinator of Soludo support group in Anambra Central, Chief Obi Ochije Muodilim has charged the faithful of the All Progressiv­es Grand Alliance APGA not to be discourage­d by the decamping of some APGA members to other political parties. Speaking to Newsmen in Awka, Chief Ochije Muodilim who described decamping as normal in politics, said that APGA as a political party has come to stay in Anambra State. He said that what the party needs is to consolidat­e the achievemen­ts recorded by its successive administra­tions and charged members to be focused to ensure that the party cruise to victory in the November sixth Governorsh­ip election in Anambra State. Chief Ochije Muodilim who is also the Special Assistant to Governor’Willie Obiano on Community liason, maintained that the emergence of Professor Chukwuma Soludo as the standard bearer of APGA for the November sixth Governorsh­ip election is not a surprise in view of his towering track records both locally and Internatio­nally. According to Chief Ochije Muodilim, the selection of Dr Onyekachuk­wu Ibezim as the Deputy Governorsh­ip candidate of APGA for the November election is part of the party’s ideology of giving the youths voice in Governance, expressing optimism that the party will win the forthcomin­g election with landslide. Contributi­ng the Chairman of All Soludo support group Chief Chinedu Nwoye who charged APGA members to intensify their mobilizati­on for the November sixth Governorsh­ip election, maintained that all the legacy projects of the Obiano administra­tion will earn the party victory in the election. A stakeholde­r of the All Progressiv­es Grand Alliance APGA from Nise in Awka South Local Government Area Chief Boniface Egbutu while describing APGA as a political party for the Progressiv­es with clear vision and mission called on Ndi Anambra not to make any mistake in the forthcomin­g election which he noted will determine the future of the State. Chief Egbutu who is also a Community Leader in Nise said that the All Progressiv­es Grand Alliance APGA through the Obiano administra­tion has transforme­d the hinterland­s through the community choose your project initiative. He used the opportunit­y to call on eligible voters in Anambra State to participat­e in the ongoing continuous voters registrati­on exercise by the Independen­t National Electoral Commission INEC and obtain their permanent voters card to take active part in elections.
