Future Energy Nigeria continues in Lagos today
THE Future Energy Nigeria started yesterday with a conference called the Master Class.
Issues for deliberation include: what are financiers looking for when funding a renewable energy project; what is the financial and technical experience needed, what growth projections are desired and how do you present a tested and cash flow? All these where discussed.
Ato Gyasi, Senior Director (Power), African Finance Corporation, Nigeria spoke on key consideration for financing renewable energy projects such as application of the Blockchain.
He remarked: “Future Energy Nigeria is holding in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing .The event aligns with power sector recovery programme of the Federal Government by attracting required investment to bridge the huge deficit of electricity from the private sector and promoting development opportunities across the country.
