LIFEMATE Nigeria Limited, one of the leading contemporary furniture companies in the country has rewarded its customers with over N2 million worth of furniture.

Speaking at the official opening of the largest furniture showroom in Lagos, the Managing Director of the company, Dai Ding Ping, said the organisation not only offers jobs to Nigerians, rather trains them on how to operate the production machines. He added that the company would soon diversify to production of building materials, which is related to what the company does, if Nigeria’s market is more favourable to investors. “We produce home, office, hotel furniture. We have branches in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Enugu and PortHarcourt and because we are professionals, we can produce building materials if we get hold of Nigerian market.

“We know the conditions and so many problem for the shipping of materials. Although I don’t hope to import some things from others, I hope to buy them from the market” he said. The Head, Local Sales Team Showrooms’ Operation Management, Olayinka Aminu, stated that over N2 million worth of furniture was given to customers through raffle draw, beside other items distributed at the opening ceremony. Aminu said they have large workforce as the staff strength of the company is now over 1000 for local staffs and local staffs are also trained to become institution of their own.
