Folashade Tinubu, Akintunde Ambode, Others Honour BCAN Inauguration
FOLASHADE Tinubu, the Iyaloja General and daughter of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Akintunde Ambode, elder brother to the Lagos State governor, were among several dignitaries that graced the formal inauguration of the national liaison officers of Buhari campaign organisation last Saturday in Lagos. The inaugural ceremony was a well-attended event that had several society groups, pressures group and artisans of different magnitude who came to register their support for the president. Alhaji Danladi Pasali, the National Coordinator of Buhari Campaign group was also on ground with his entourage from Abuja to officially inaugurate his national officers into various offices for the task ahead. The acrobatic dance of various cultural dancers and music interlude added fun and razzmatazz to the event before Alhaji Pasali formerly inaugurated the officers.
Leading the Lagos National Liaison officers, Prince Israel Adeshola, said the endorsement came for the president because of his fight against corruption in a manner that no previous government has done before and this has redeemed the image of this country within the international community. “We in the Bus Conductors’ Association of Nigeria believe in the President and we have faith in the ruling party, APC, that is why we have collectively resolved to support his candidature come 2019, enthused Prince Adeshola. Pasali in his own submission noted that abundance of goodies such as empowerment, jobs and better life for all await Nigerians irrespective of party affiliations, tribes and religion.
