BMP to reward outstanding business process professionals
BUSINESS Process is set to premiere. It focuses on celebrating outstanding business process practitioners who, through their innovations, developed an easy to use business process in order to create a high-level efficiency and effectiveness.
It also presents an opportunity for the process industry to gather and celebrate its numerous achievements in delivering value to employers and clients throughout the year. It also serves as an avenue for collaboration among practitioners towards improving the country’s process management industry.
The award would have three categories: Best Sales/service Delivery Process of the Year for customer’s satisfaction in delivery of goods and services; Complaints/redress Process of the Year for amazing response towards resolving the customers’ complaints and Process-centric Company of the Year for larger scope as it involves some requirements and assessment by the jurist.
