CIPM perfects plans to hold Africa’s HR practitioners

THE Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has concluded arrangements to hold its 2018 Annual National Conference at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.

Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of CIPM, Mrs. Ajibola Ponnle, said the yearly convergence of Human Resources (HR) practitioners will attract over 3,000 delegates in different fields and sectors across West Africa.

She said the three-day event, which coincides with the Golden Jubilee Anniversary of the institute with the theme: Stand Out scheduled for between November 14 and 16, 2018, will feature two panel discussion sessions, nine master classes, career advisory clinics, several A-list exhibitors and an anniversary dinner.

The plenary discussions and interactive master classes will be facilitated by renowned speakers, experts and senior HR experts just as each of the sessions would be geared towards shared learning and proffering contemporary solutions to workplace challenges. These solutions will help in shaping and reshaping policy direction in private and public sectors of the economy; thus contributing to sustainable national development.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN), who is the keynote speaker, will deliver a paper titled: Exceptional Leadership For Nation Building.
