Talabi, 70, for burial

RENOWNED marketer, Olumuyiwa Olutosin Talabi, has passed on at 70. A product of Igbobi College, Lagos and the University of Lagos, he served USA Wheat Associates as Marketing Coordinator for Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa for 22 years before his retirement in 2016.

The burial rites began yesterday (Monday), with a service of songs conducted by the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), Societies and Organisations at Archbishop Vining Memorial Church Cathedral, Ikeja. On Thursday, February 21, a Christian wake holds at the church by 5p.m. while the funeral service takes place at 10 a.m. the next day, at the church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Talabi, Globacom’s Executive Director, Legal Services, children and grandchildren.
