Covenant Dominion
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the f ish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. THE world is ruled by power. Therefore, you must rule and enforce your covenant mandate. To reign and rule is to stand upon the authority of His word and manifest it.
When God said to man, ‘ have dominion’ it was not just a blessing, but also a command. Everything that man needed to behave accordingly was already put in place. Man was left with the choice to either demonstrate his dominion right or be ruled over. That many are ignorant of the covenant of dominion does not cancel it. God’s word is Ye and

Covenant dominion is the very basis of every blessing on earth. It takes consciousness of the dominion mandate to reign in life. Reigning in life is not meant for the fearful, coward or the ignorant. To have dominion is to enforce your covenant authority, which God has commanded over every situation, circumstances and nature itself.
The dominion power is in man. He does not need to pay any money for it neither does he need to start prayer or fasting to get it. All he needs do is to agree with it, pay the price of obedience to instruction and live in its fullness.
The fact that things are not going the way you desired does not eradicate the potency of His word. Who you are and what you carry is bigger than any situation (2Kings 6:16) and where the word of a king is, there is power (Ecclesiastes 8:4).
