COZA Breaks Silence, Says It Does Not Support Rape

- From Nkechi Onyedika-ugoeze, Abuja

TCommonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), yesterday, said it does not support rape and stands with anyone who has been a victim of rape.

The church also said it stands by its Senior Pastor, Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo, whom, it claimed, has been at the receiving end of organised blackmail and attacks.

The wife of celebrity musician, Busola Dakolo had accused Fatoyimbo of rape. But, in a statement, the first by the church, it insisted that Fatoyinbo has never had anything personal to do with Busola Dakolo.

COZA, therefore, said Fatoyinbo did not rape her and had never been in a relationship with her either.
