Stop The Enemy! (2)
SATAN and vicious enemies are on earth planning and doing evil ever ywhere; taking captive the weak and ignorant through various physical and diabolical means. We must understand that the presence of evil tells us that an enemy is at work. Sometimes, we are tempted to find reason why evil is perpetrated in people’s lives and we cannot find any. Often, the perpetuators of these evil works are the ones in pretense looking for the solution.
The Bible says, ‘a man’s enemies are the members of his household....’ (Matthew 10:36). Such enemies are difficult to identify because they eat with you, play with you and probably you sleep together on the same bed. They make plans with you and eventually abort the plans because of their privileged position and knowledge of you.
Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother’s son. Psalm 50:20 They shall be stopped.
Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! When thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee. Isaiah 33:1
The enemy comes for violence; to kill, steal and destroy (John 10:10).
They shall come all for violence: their faces shall sup up as the east wind, and they shall gather the captivity as the sand. Habakkuk 1:9.
When you see manifestation of evils around you that is not the time to cry or pity yourself know the enemy of your soul is at work.
He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. Matthew 13:30
Take hold of the word of God and stop the enemy. The pains, sufferings and affliction continue until you put your feet on the ground and say enough is enough.
And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck. Genesis 27: 40 You must stop the enemy, don’t negotiate or appeal to the enemy, you stop him! The devil is using the power you gave him.
Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty. Judges 5:13
The good news is, there is deliverance in Zion for you. The price for your deliverance has been paid once and for all by Jesus. His blood was not shed in vain. It was shed for your healing, deliverance, and your peace.
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call. Joel 2:32 You must understand your covenant right as a child of God and say no more. Use God’s word to war against the devil and insist on your right as a child of God and the devil will flee from you. The sufferings continue until you stop the enemy by your authority in Christ Jesus. It is time to revolt against the enemy and its works in your life and great shall be your peace.
