Real estate author celebrates big CEOS endorsement, set to host event for new book
HAKEEM Ogunniran, the CEO and founder of one of Nigeria’s fast rising Real Estate Company— Eximia Realty Co ltd has expressed delightafter moguls and stakeholders of the real estate industry lauded him for his new book project titled “The laws and Practice of Real Estate Investment Trusts ( REITS)”.
Mr Ogunniran, who is also the chairman of the Lagos Building Investment Company ( LBIC) PLC, expressed his gratitude to everyone who reviewed and endorsed the book.
