AREAL estate firm, Landwey Investment Limited has partnered with Eko Atlantic City to scale up infrastructure in Lagos.

The partnership is coming on the heels of a new addition to the Eko Atlantic City, The Audacity Skyline, a 28storey residential building, promoted by Landwey Investment Limited.

At the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU), the Managing Director, Landwey, Wale Ayilara, acknowledged that the real estate sector in Lagos had experienced an unprecedented shift over the last couple of years.

Ayilara, who maintained that the signing ceremony symbolised the beginning of what promised to be a high- yielding relationship between the companies, expressed confidence in the project, which would be completed in five years.

Sales, Marketing and Development Director, Eko Atlantic City, Pierre Edde, said the developer believes that Eko Atlantic City will reposition Lagos and put Nigeria on the regional and international map.
