Lawan, minister, NASFAT task Muslims on love, peace, others

PRESIDENT of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi and Chief Missioner of NASFAT, Abdulk- Azeez Onike, have felicitate­d with Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the Eid- ul- Mawlid to mark the birth of Prophet Muhammad.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Ola Awoniyi, Lawan admonished that the occasion should be a reminder to the faithful and all people of virtues of peaceful coexistenc­e, love and tolerance as taught and lived by the Prophet.

Dingyadi, on his part, urged faith, resilience, selflessne­ss and renewed commitment to peaceful coexistenc­e, tolerance and nation building.

NASFAT’S Onike sued for good character and exemplarin­ess.
