Uzodimma directs renovation of dilapidated schools

IMO State governor, Hope Uzodimma, has disclosed that the state government has completed renovation of 240 Primary Healthcare Centres, while 65 others were receiving similar attention.

Uzodimma disclosed this, on Tuesday, at an interactive meeting with traditional rulers, Chairmen of local councils and other stakeholders at the government house, Owerri.

The governor said the essence of the interactive session was to acquaint the stakeholders with progress on the government’s grassroots development initiatives, like the renovation of 305 healthcare centres project across the 305 wards in the state.

Uzodimma said the report presented to him, earlier, by the Executive Secretary of the Imo State Healthcare Development Agency ( ISPHCDA), Rev. MariaJoannes Uzoma, indicated that work has been completed on 240 healthcare centres.
