ICAN charges FG to engage members for productivity

INSTITUTE of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ( ICAN) has charged government to engage its services for better result.

Its president, Comfort Eyitayo, made the appeal yesterday at the inauguration of Lekki and District Society ( LEDS). The event also featured the investiture of pioneer chairman and swearing in of new executives.

She stated that as expert financial managers, government should leverage their skills to grow national finances.

Eyitayo said fundamentals were disrupted by the COVID- 19 pandemic, adding that the world was resetting for a new beginning.
