Group backs Tinubu’s presidential aspiration, endorse Sanwo- Olu’s re- election

AGRASSROOTS political group, Team Lagos Nigeria, has drummed support for the presidential aspiration of National Leader of All Progressives Congress ( APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and also campaigned for the re- election of Governor Babajide Sanwo- Olu.

The group charged supporters to obtain their Permanent Voters Card and participate fully in the 2023 general elections, saying it is the only way to achieve victory.

The event was attended by over 100,000 Lagosians including Chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garage Management Committee, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya ( MC Oluomo); fuji music maestro and Mayegun of Yorubaland, Alhaji Wasiu Anifowoshe; Chairman, Conference of 57 Local Government and Local Councils Development Areas, Kolade Alabi; Conference 57 Secretary- General, Rasaq Ajala and Nollywood stars.

Supporters were drawn from southwest states including Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Kwara, Ekiti and others.
