Group floats platform for Nigerians to pick better leaders in 2023

AHEAD of primaries by political parties for the 2023 presidential election, a faith- based group, Catholic Action, has launched an online poll to enable Nigerians vote for a candidate of their choice, with results sent to delegates before the primaries.

Briefing journalists, yesterday, in Abuja, National Coordinator, Social Action Centre ( SAC) and President, Catholic Women Organisation of Nigeria, Dame Mary Asibi Gosum, urged delegates to shun pecuniary motive.

She explained that at the end of the poll, the Catholic Church would associate with top winners, who have ability for real solution to “our nation’s numerous challenges.”
