- By Innocent Anoruo

THE Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission ( ICPC) has called on stakeholders to do all it takes to revive the lost societal values in the country and promote moral regeneration.

This was as the Crime Victims Foundation Nigeria ( CRIVIFON) appealed for partnership with security agencies and other stakeholders in promoting a society free of human rights abuses.

At CRIVIFON’S Human Rights Summit in Lagos, yesterday, themed ‘ Strengthening Human Rights Advocacy’, Mrs. Mary Omonoyan of ICPC’S Public Enlightenment and Education Department, said all hands must be on deck to build a corruption- free society.

In her lecture entitled, ‘ Fighting Corruption through Advocacy: the ICPC Experience’, Mrs. Omonoyan urged all to cultivate the courage to be positively different.

“We must all cultivate the courage necessary to speak up against corruption, to take up the battle- cry and say no to corruption and participate in advocacy against corruption,” she added.
