Rivers: Wife stabs husband to death over misunderstanding

Ndukwu, to death in Ogba/ Egbema/ Ndoni Local Council of Rivers State, following a misunderstanding that ensued between them. The Guardian gathered that the incident happened on Thursday, November 10, in Okposi Omoku community.
A source alleged that the couple were secondary school sweethearts before they got married.
According to a source, the couple had a misunderstanding on Thursday morning, which friends tried to resolve.
He revealed that the reconciliation meeting proved abortive as Perpetual and her husband resumed fighting, which resulted to her stabbing him in his stomach.
The source said Okoro was rushed to a hospital for treatment, but passed on. The wife was subsequently handed over to police operatives at Omoku police division.
