Ogun, NATA synergise to boost practical knowledge of students
From Bukky Olajide, Abeokuta
OGUN State government has planned to synergise with the state chapter of the Nigerian Automobile Technicians Association of Nigeria ( NATA).
This aims to organise training for students, through an internship programme in automobile mechanic and other vocations, to boost their practical knowledge.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Technical and Vocational Education, Prof. Joseph Odemuyiwa, who disclosed this in Abeokuta, yesterday, during a meeting with executives of the association, said the move was a demonstration of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s response to the latter’s request at the 2023 budget town- hall meeting in Sagamu.
