Why ICPC, stakeholders must rise against vote buying, violence

ELECTORAL stakeholders, yesterday, said the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission ( ICPC) and the electorate must rise against vote buying, violence and other malpractices in the 2023 general elections to sustain the fledgling democracy.
At a summit in Umuahia, Abia State capital, the stakeholders, which included representatives of political parties, churches, civil society organisations, among others, urged Nigerians to avoid anything that could compromise the elections for a better society.
