Okopi Releases ‘ Osuba’remix In Igbo Language

MULTIPLE award- winning gospel artiste and TWC Records signee, Peterson Okopi, is out with a new single, ‘ Nara Ekele’, the Igbo remix version of his hit song, ‘ Osuba’.

A& R/ Media Manager for TWC Records, Amachree Ikijana, explained that due to the huge success of ‘ Osuba’, different covers in different languages had been created by different people, prompting Okopi to release an official remix of the song in Igbo language.

According to Ikijana, the ‘ Osuba’ crooner teamed up with one of Africa’s most celebrated female gospel artistes from South East Nigeria, Chioma Jesus, on this version of the song.

The song is a soulful tune that extols the name and power of God. In the song, both Okopi and Chioma Jesus took turns to exalt God for the many ways he demonstrat­es his greatness to mankind.

Amachree said the song would surely be a blessing and a source of inspiratio­n to many that are downcast due to the country’s numerous challenges.
