The centre stated this during an event focused on creating an impact on employee wellbeing in Lagos, with the theme ' Creating Lasting Impact with Employee Wellbeing." Founder of the Centre, Akshay Jain, said the happiness and wellbeing of employees were critical to the success of any organisation. Bamkole also recommended setting expectations around work hours and conflicts of interest, as well as ensuring employees are free to pursue personal projects within the company's policies.
