What They Did To Odumeje In London

ANAMBRA based Prophet Odumeje, popularly known as Indabosky Bahose, held his much publicised show at the Lighthouse Theatre, London, last Saturday. That is no longer news. What is news here is, the show fell short of all expectations.

T4T has been watching the videos of the show online over and over since it happened and he must confess, the organisers just took Odumeje to London to embarrass him and thoroughly, they did, because, even the videos of his arrival in London days before the event and the reception by Nigerians were much interesting than the actual event. It was quite evident that there was no rehearsal, the organisers just assumed that Odumeje would be in his element when he mounts the stage, without taking into consideration that what he does in his church is a different ball game than being on stage to entertain people who came to be entertained.

So, Prophet Odumeje was left stranded on stage and the only thing he could think of to hold the audience was his continuous insistence of them reciting all the ‘ powers' he has that he has not ‘ even touched’. That done, he performed his new single with Flavour, but without a Flavour with him on stage, it was a disaster. Odumeje was like fish out of water.

From what T4T gleaned from the videos, the theatre was filled up, so money wise, the organisers and Odumeje may have recouped their capital, but as far as entertainment was concerned, it was a total flop. Maybe next time, Odumeje should be coached to be in his real Indabosky Bahose element we see on numerous videos that thrill us daily in Nigeria; that was what the London audience perhaps paid money to see, not someone who was pretending to be an upcoming singer and entertainer.

Wait o, like joke, like joke, Odumeje don dey become artiste dey go so o!

Dizzy K Eating Cake And Having It

ONCE upon a time rave of the moment pop star, Dizzy K Falola who thrilled Nigerians with his hit song, Baby Kilode in the early 80s and thereafter decided to give his ‘ life' to Christ and became a Pastor, was moved by the ‘ spirit’ on Monday to tell the world how he left things of the ‘ world' for people like T4T when he took to his Facebook Timeline to go down memory lane. This was what he said:

“Did you know? Dizzy K Falola gave his life to Christ in 1989 and has been going strong for the Lord ever since? Visit www. dizzyk. com to learn more. # Dizzykfalola # Worship # Christianmusic # faith # Jesus”

And trust T4T wey nor sabi keep quiet so, he reminded him that he gave his life to Christ but refused to drop his ‘ Dizzy K' stage name we all knew him with when he was with us in the ‘ world'. This was T4T'S comment on the post:

“And you never change the worldly name of Dizzy K wey we take sabi you then? You want to live the life of both worlds, bros?”

And this was our dear Dizzy K's response: “Justin Akpovi- Esade, thank you. It is a matter of the heart, not of appearance.”

Anyway sha, nobody wants to spit wetin dey sweet for mouth troway. If bros drops the Dizzy K stage name, who will even recall who he is( or was). This Soro Soke generation, even with the Dizzy K name don't know who he is talk less of when he drops the name. Anyway sha, Jesus go understand, na so e jus be.

Ezenwora Vs Doubleman: ‘ Mortal Combat 12’ Brewing

RECALL T4T told you some time ago that World War 3 was brewing between prankster, Doubleman and Nollywood veteran actor, Ezenwora, over the very nasty prank he played on him at a hotel premises. In case you missed it here and did not also watch the prank online, this was how it went.

Ezenwora arrived at a hotel somewhere in Lagos, with a young lady and the prankster who had earlier informed us that he had got wind of his coming, approached him and pretended to be a fan. He then told him bluntly that he came to the hotel to ‘ nack' and that his wife would hear about it. He called a lady he works with and with the phone on speaker, told her he was with her husband at a hotel and he came with a girl. The female accomplice who Ezenwora in the heat of the moment believed was his wife, then told Doubleman to keep him there that she was coming. That was how bros fled the scene with the girl.

Days after, having recovered from the shock, Ezenwora took some hefty men to haunt the prankster and attempted to abduct him at the same hotel. It was a fierce battle, but DoubleMan survived the attempted arrest that looked like abduction. Now, the Nollywood actor is demanding N5 million as compensation for the public embarrassment the prank caused him and his family. He told T4T in a conversation on his Facebook wall that he would do anything and everything to make sure the prankster pays for what he did. Doubleman says he does not have that kind of money and that he was sorry, but bros nor wan hear. So, the stage is set for a ‘ Mortal Combat 12’, since na 11 the game dey now.
