Firm expands to Ibadan, launches The Brook project

LAGOS- based private developer - Riel Homes plans to expand its operations to Ibadan with its inaugural product named The Brook.

This was disclosed at the company’s realtors’ conference in Ibadan, Oyo State recently. The Brook is a luxury estate situated at Alalubosa GRA, Ibadan, and is the first project by the company in the city.

The company’s Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer, Riel Homes, Dr Kolade Adepoju, said The Brook would be one of the best real estate developmen­ts in the city. He assured participan­ts of better days ahead in the real estate industry.

Adepoju lauded Seyi Makinde administra­tion for the developmen­t strides in the city, which has given room for innovation­s in the state.

The MD/ CEO of Crowntech Constructi­on Company Limited., Toye Ogundoyin, an engineer, said it was no surprise to witness investors flocking to Oyo State. He stated that the state’s expanding population and growing urbanisati­on have fueled and heightened demand for properties within its borders.

He credited the diligent efforts of Governor Makinde’s administra­tion for playing a vital role in the ongoing transforma­tion of the real estate sector, and called for innovation­s from private companies. According to him, the company’s presence in Ibadan is a beacon of greater transforma­tion that is being powered by innovation, collaborat­ion and responsibl­e management. He expressed his confidence in Riel Homes, noting the remarkable goals the company aims to accomplish in Ibadan.

The former Special Adviser on Youth and Sports to the Governor of Oyo State and a speaker at the conference, Kazeem Bolarinwa, highlighte­d the importance of collaborat­ion as a significan­t asset. He praised Adepoju for embodying a collaborat­ive spirit, citing it as a powerful tool for growth over competitio­n.
