THE Federal Government has declared Tuesday, July 20 and Wednesday, July 21, 2021, as public holidays to mark this year’s Eid-el-kabir celebratio­n. Interior Minister Rauf Aregbesola made the declaratio­n yesterday on behalf of the Federal Government.

He congratula­ted Muslims in Nigeria and across the world on the celebratio­n.

A statement in Abuja by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Dr. Shuaib Belgore, urged Nigerians to observe COVID-19 protocols during the celebratio­n.
