·1 tbsp apri­cot jam smooth ·1 tsp curry medium

·4-5 ba­nanas

·Squeeze lemon

In­struc­tions

·Peel and slice ba­nanas

·Add a squeezed lemon

·Mix may­on­naise, curry pow­der and apri­cot jam well ·Mix lightly with may­on­naise mix­ture

·Chill the salad be­fore serv­ing
