Osimhen in an interview with our correspondent, also said he hopes to end the season as the highest goalscorer at the end of the season.

“I don’t know what the future hold but I think for now, I am a player of Lille, I am so happy to be there , we never know what will happen,” he told The PUNCH.

“As for the goals, I want to keep scoring goals, maybe I can be the highest goalscorer, maybe not, but I would love to become the highest goalscorer and to keep giving my best for my club.

“So, I want to get as many goals I can get for my team and qualify for the Champions League,” he added.
