This quick and easy gin­gery fresh fish and prawns stew is a great recipe with sim­ple in­gre­di­ents, so easy, fast to cook and with very in­ter­est­ing flavours.

Ex­cel­lent flavours, I must con­fess, and you can eas­ily adapt to what­ever pro­tein suits you best. You can use chicken, beef, or turkey; it is up to you. But for me, I love fish and prawns.

The lemony, gin­gery, zingy taste makes the broth of this soup so yummy and the slightly bit­ter taste with a good bal­ance of sweet­ness from the ad­di­tion of lit­tle su­gar makes it dis­tinc­tive.

I cer­tainly will make this again and again. So, who’s ready to cook?
