All is Set for Abdulmumin, Maryam’s Wedding!

At last, Maryam Augie, the pretty, Intelligent and elegant daughter of Justice Amina Augie, will be bidding goodbye to spinsterhood on her birthday, November 24. The beautiful lady, who was recently unveiled as one of the 15 Women of Vision by Tiffany Amber at its 15th anniversary, is one of the young emerging leaders from the north and a strong voice for the less privileged. The CEO of AYAHAY Foundation holds a first degree in International Business from the National American University Sharjah, Dubai and MBA from Ehsal University Brussels. Her advocacy in the areas of education and girl child empowerment has received critical acclaim in Nigeria and abroad.

The groom, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin, a politician and businessman, is the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Finance. He holds a PhD in Politics, Diplomacy and international Affairs from the University of Abuja and ABU Zaria respectively. He also holds a PLD, SEP and MBA from the Harvard Business School, London Business School and Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland respectively.

Before joining politics, the multimillionaire politician was the Chairman/ CEO of Green Forest Group Limited and Chairman of Turkish Construction giant, TASYAPI.

The wedding, which is already generating buzz, will hold at the Emir’s Palace in Argungu, Kebbi State, while the reception comes up on December 21, at the Harrow Park Golf Club, CBD Abuja.
