ADESUNMBO ADEOYE’S DEVOTION TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Adesunmbo Ajaba Adeoye, the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Esob Events, an event management company, is an amazing and passionate entrepreneur. Her devotion to entrepreneurship and excellence has placed her in the league of successful entrepreneurs, particularly in the events management industry in Nigeria.
Over the years, she has successfully built a name for herself in the industry. In fact, her desire to help people explore their potentialities to the fullest gave birth to Esob Heroes in 2014. It was this quest to inspire her fellow human beings that became the catalyst for the “Inspiring Change with Adesunmbo Adeoye” initiative, which focuses on the education of the girl- child.
This philanthropic foundation, which thrives on the philosophy of entrepreneurship as the way forward, held its first conference on March 8, 2014, in celebration of the International Women’s Day. The highlight of the day was the presentation of Esob Heroes Awards to outstanding women in business.
Also, in May 2014, Esob Heroes took deliberate steps to further enhance the knowledge of children in public schools, as it donated free books and other educative materials to over 3000 school children.
Following on the success of the last conference, the second edition is slated to hold on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Westown Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos in commemoration of this year’s International Women’s Day.
