Glo Splashes N28bn Free Airtime on Subscriber­s

Emma Okonji Subscriber­s on the Globacom network have enjoyed free airtime worth over N27.5 billion in the ongoing Glo Overload Reloaded promo which started last December, according to Globacom.

A statement from the company indicated that over seven million subscriber­s have so far benefitted from the Glo Overload Reloaded promo which gives customers five times the value of recharge. For instance, a subscriber who recharges with N200 receives a total value of N1,000 instantly while N500 gives the subscriber N2,500 value, and N1,000 recharge gives N5,000.

The bonus was also extended to subscriber­s’ data value as a subscriber who spends N2,500 on data plan subscripti­on or renewal automatica­lly gets 4.5GB worth of data, N5000 data plan gives the subscriber 12GB of data, and

N8000 data plan gives the subscriber 24GB of data.

The customer’s main credit is available for the subscriber to call any network at any time of the day, while the bonus airtime can be used for Glo to Glo calls and SMS between 10pm and 8am, depending on the validity period of the

recharge denominati­on, ranging from two to fifteen days.

The Glo Overload Reloaded Promo offers subscriber­s a unique chance to become one of the 120 millionair­es that the promo will produce. Already, 40 millionair­es had collected their N1 million cheque each in two ceremonies while a total of 80 more millionair­es will still be drawn in the promo as announced by Globacom.

Beneficiar­ies of the Glo Overload Reloaded promo are excited about the free airtime they have benefitted.
